Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will primarily work with our sales team and clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, providing administrative support, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively manage the sales process in the SAP module.
- Take ownership of assigned sales client portfolio, managing it from end to end.
- Oversee the full order cycle management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all orders.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships, while actively participating in creating and establishing new client relationships.
- Provide sales and administrative support by handling various office duties, such as answering phone calls and responding promptly to incoming emails and inquiries.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and collections goals.
- Generate Sales Order Acknowledgements (SOAs) to confirm orders with clients.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, providing necessary after-sales support.
- Manage the Sales Coordinator and Sales Managers’ desk during their absences.
- Ensure client data is consistently updated and accurate.
- Deliver excellent customer service, exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a sales coordination or sales support role.
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar sales management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
